• You shall not share login information or course materials with third parties.
• Any violation of these obligations may result in account suspension.

3. Acceptable Use

Our platform and content are intended solely for personal and professional educational purposes in the field of floristry. You may not:

4. Purchases, Payments & Cancellations

All purchases are final once course access has been granted. Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers. Course cancellations must be requested within 14 days of purchase if no substantial portion of the course has been accessed. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed for digital products or completed workshops.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including course videos, PDFs, designs, curricula, branding, and website text, is the exclusive property of Grounded Bloom Institute or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials solely for personal learning. No commercial reproduction or resale is permitted.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Our courses and resources are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for high-quality floristry education, we do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes. Grounded Bloom Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
